Stepes, a leading provider of professional translation services, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, including press releases, blogs, and social media posts to promote our translation and localization services to target enterprise customers in various industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling marketing materials to promote Stepes’ professional translation services to enterprise customers
- Work closely with the business development team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly
- Work with the product development team to develop automated marketing features into Stepes’ translation workflow
- Develop and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the translation field for growth
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to engage with customers and followers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the translation or language services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive marketing materials
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, with experience in developing and executing successful campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills
- Foreign language skills are a plus
